AI that runs in your operation.

Two tracks, one senior team: AI inside how your business operates, or a custom AI product engineered end to end. Strategy and engineering, never separated.

Two tracks.
One senior team.

We bring AI into how your business operates, or we engineer a custom AI product end to end. The same senior people own strategy, design, and delivery — no handoffs between thinking and building.

01

AI in your operation

We map your processes, find where AI moves the business, and design the solution — agents, automations, workflows. Then we drive adoption until it runs in real operation, not as a pilot in a slide deck.

What we deliver
  • Process mapping & AI opportunity assessment
  • Solution design — agents, automations, workflows
  • Implementation across your systems and data
  • Adoption: workshops, enablement, KPI tracking
  • Operate & iterate until measurable impact
  • Vendor-independent technical second opinions
02

Custom AI products

Production-grade AI applications, designed and engineered end to end. One senior team owns it from the first conversation through running operation — secure, observable, and yours to keep.

What we deliver
  • Custom AI applications and internal tools
  • LLM-integrated systems
  • Multi-agent and RAG architectures
  • Workflow automation — custom and platform-based
  • Production engineering: testing, monitoring, runbooks
  • Handover with documentation — your team owns it

Map first. Then decide what's worth building.

A focused opportunity assessment: we map your operation, identify where AI creates real impact, and you walk away with a prioritized plan — yours to act on, with us or not.

1. Map

We map your core processes, data, and systems — sitting with the people who run them, not only the people who describe them.

2. Identify

We surface concrete AI opportunities — agents, automations, workflows — ranked by business impact and implementation effort.

3. Plan

You leave with a written plan: prioritized opportunities, architecture sketch, ROI estimate, next steps. Yours to act on — with us or not.

From kickoff to running operation.

Six phases. Lightweight governance, heavy accountability. The same people own scope, design, delivery, and adoption — weekly transparency, no junior pass-through, no handoffs between thinking and building.

Phase 01

Discover

Joint kickoff. Align on functional & non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, communication cadence. Scope, priorities, outcomes agreed in writing.

Outcome: Scope & ROI
Phase 02

Design

Solution architecture, risk map, delivery plan. Stakeholder review before a single line of code. This is where we prevent the expensive mistakes.

Outcome: Architecture & plan
Phase 03

Build

Task breakdown, coordination, and execution — all internal. You talk to one person. Reviewed outputs land on the agreed cadence, not work-in-progress.

Outcome: Reviewed increments
Phase 04

Deliver

Production deployment, monitoring, documentation, and handover to your team. We don't leave systems that only we understand.

Outcome: Production handover
Phase 05

Adopt

Workshops, enablement, and KPI tracking until the system is actually used by the people it was built for. Adoption is measured, not assumed.

Outcome: Real usage & measurable impact
Phase 06

Iterate

Optional ongoing engagement: monitoring, incident response, feature iteration. Or a clean exit — your call.

Outcome: Operate or hand over

Where we have depth.

Most of our engagements are in regulated, high-throughput, or ops-heavy environments. The kind where "it works on my laptop" isn't good enough.

Good to know.

How do engagements start?+
A free 30-minute consultation. If there's a fit, the typical entry is our packaged Opportunity Assessment — a focused engagement that produces a prioritized plan with architecture sketch and ROI estimate. The plan is yours regardless of whether you continue with us.
What's the difference between the two tracks?+
"AI in your operation" is for bringing AI into how your business runs — mapping processes, designing the solution (agents, automations, workflows), implementing across your systems, and driving adoption until it's actually used. "Custom AI products" is for engineering a production-grade AI application end to end — owned by one senior team from first conversation through running operation. Many engagements start with the operation track and continue into a custom product, but each can stand alone.
What's in the Opportunity Assessment?+
A focused engagement to map your operation, identify where AI creates real impact, and produce a written plan you own. We sit with the people who run your processes, surface concrete AI opportunities (agents, automations, workflows) ranked by business impact and implementation effort, and deliver a prioritized plan with architecture sketch, ROI estimate, and next steps. Yours to act on, with us or not.
How much does it cost?+
The Opportunity Assessment is fixed-price; we share the number on the 30-minute fit call. Larger build engagements are scoped after assessment or discovery — investment is agreed up front in writing, sized to the work and the level of seniority needed, never padded with junior hours. Retainers are priced by the day or by the month depending on shape.
What size projects do you take on?+
From short discovery engagements to multi-month production builds and long-term retainers. The common thread is that we only take on work we can staff properly with senior people. Scope and investment are agreed up front, in writing, after discovery.
Do you offer fractional advisory or retainers?+
Yes. Fractional advisory runs as an ongoing engagement — a senior advisor available a fixed number of days per month — useful for ongoing strategy, vendor selection, or technical second opinions. Engineering retainers cover post-launch operations: monitoring, incident response, iterative improvements. Both are agreed in writing with a clean exit option.
Do you build prototypes or proof-of-concepts?+
We don't ship throwaway prototypes. Even our shortest engagements result in working integrated software, not demos in isolation. If you need to test an idea quickly, our Discovery phase produces a tightly-scoped working slice — secure, integrated, observable — that doubles as the foundation for the full build. Nothing is wasted.
How fast can you start?+
Most engagements begin within 1–2 weeks of contract signing. Larger custom-product builds typically start within 2–4 weeks, including kickoff and Discovery. We size and staff each engagement properly with senior people up front — sometimes that adds a week, but saves multiples of it downstream.
Can you collaborate with our internal team?+
Yes. We collaborate closely with in-house teams, but we operate as one end-to-end delivery unit with clear ownership. We lead a full stream from discovery through production while integrating with your governance, tooling, and processes.
Who actually does the work?+
The people you meet in discovery are the people on your project. Every team member has 10+ years. No offshore subcontracting, no bait-and-switch.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?+
Yes — NDA as standard before any detailed scoping. DPA and security review for regulated industries. We're GDPR-compliant and based in the EU (Prague, Czech Republic).
What happens when the project ends?+
We treat go-live as a handover point, not a finish line. You get production documentation, a runbook, and a structured handover so ownership is clear. Many teams continue with a retainer for post-launch monitoring, incident response, and iterative improvements; if you prefer full internal ownership, we exit cleanly. Either path is fine.
